swimming!!
Had a very nice day at the pool with my daughter. The state park near her has an Olympic size pool with a 9 1/2 deep end so I could dive.... nice. Back is sore from all those muscles I stretched but it was worth it!! We both needed a break.

I wish I could of done those kinda things with my dad.
That\'s also one of the best means to exercise (swimming).

Went again last friday. It was very nice once again. My back didn\'t bother me quite as bad.
