Svenska Bostadsfonden har, den 11 juni, slt fastigheterna Mrten 4 och Pilgrimen 12 till Hillmann Fastigheter AB.
Fastigheterna bestr av 86 lgenheter samt 6 lokaler med en total yta om 6261 kvm, varav 5693 kvm r bostder.
Affren berr Svenska Bostadsfonden 11 AB och Svenska Bostadsfonden 12 AB och rdgivare till Svenska Bostadsfonden i affren var DTZ och Bergman & Eek Advokat AB.

Efter denna frsljning har Svenska Bostadsfonden avyttrat samtliga fastigheter i Sderkping. Vi lmnar ver fastigheterna Mrten 4 och Pilgrimen 12 till ett familjegt bolag med stor erfarenhet och lokal frankring vars gare vi haft njet att gra affrer med tidigare. Vi knner oss trygga att Hillmann Fastigheter kommer att frvalta dessa fastigheter p ett ypperligt stt.

The municipality of Trelleborg, in South West Skne, is located roughly 30 km south of Malm. The city has always had an industrial character and the port, the second largest in Sweden after the Port of Gothenburg, and ships both goods and passengers. The city is also an important railway hub for freight goods in southern Sweden.
The municipality is characterized by fertile farmland, long sandy beaches and a closeness to the continent. During the summer, holiday goers flock to the beaches outside Trelleborg and since 1984 the city has proudly planted palm trees along the beach promenade.
Population growth and business climate

The future
New infrastructure ventures, such as the extension and upgrading of the motorway (the E6) from Malm and the extension of the local Skne-based railway "Pgatgen", will help increase the possibility to commute to and from Trelleborg.
