Well I learned Thursday that my nodes in my chest did not grow nor do I have anything new growing. So it looks as if the sutent is working and stabilized the cancer for now.Yeah and neah I say. I'm happy but sad that I have to live in misery, kind of. The first week off is a waste since it takes the whole week to feel better. Oh well onward and upward.The pleural fluid is back or thoracentisis on Wed . And Saturday I'm going on a cruise to Alaska. now that excites me.

Alaska , NICE!!! sounds like stabilization of the C will enhance the oh ever exciting Alaska cruise. About 20 years ago I went with my then boyfriend to see his sister and husband who lived up there. It was in June we rented a car and stayed in bed and breakfast place\'s around the Kenai river .His brother in Law took us out fishing for halibut while ? Dahl or doll porpoise\'s danced around the boat.While boating they choose a place to stop to cook salmon on the back of the boat while we watched glacier calving. Any way enough about that , I am really excited for you ..hope you have a good camera :) . Gail
Hey brilliant news! I recognise completely what you are saying about being happy but sad that we have to continue to live with the big C. Well you can sit back \'keep taking the tablets\' and relax untill the next scan ergh!!!
I hope you have a wonderfull holiday it sounds very exiting. I will be off on my holiday at the end of June. We will be going down to Cornwall on the South West Coast of the UK. A change of scene does wonders doesnt it, you can almost feel like a \'normal\' person for a while.
So thankful to hear that the mets are remaining stable. What a blessing!!!
