surviving the hurricane

Well we survived.It was much much worse than we thought it would be.We got a direct hit..Our house is ok.Minor roof damage,some siding came off,broken windshield on one of the cars but we did good..Trees are down everywhere.Today is our first day back at work.It s a horrible horrible situation.The entire state is a disaster area..Some people still dont have lights and wont for days/weeks..We have electricity but no cable.The cable line got blown off the house..We were scared..Now lets hope and pray Ike stays away from us..
