Funny/sense of humor is a big one for me - and I totally agree with what evdb said about how he treats others. Such a huge indicator of how he\'ll treat you. I like a guy that likes to have fun, but not someone who is out at the bars every night. Also basic hygiene (like clean hands/shoes, etc) is always something I look for.
Intellect, wit, voice and smell. If he has the \"right\" smell, he\'ll smell good even if he\'s sweaty. If he\'s not the right guy for me, he won\'t smell good to me, even when he\'s freshly cleaned. It really is a matter of \"chemistry\".
The one trait I have been able to hold onto after being with my husband for almost 20 years is his sense of humor. IMO most men change so much that too often those other traits we fell in love with just aren\'t something they are capable of giving anymore.

smart, funny n gets along with my dogs, is a bit of a home body but a man of action when things need done :)
