Surprise!
We had to check out something up town and when we went by the small local ice cream place, Mom said did I want some! Thinking Mom might, I said yes. We had 2 chocolate cones. It was great just to enjoy things like this. Mom acted like her old self!
We are both sore and tired but happy tonight. This is a very positive event!

Hi Mary::: What a great journal entry... hearing that your mom is her old self... who could ask for more? God is good to give you such a mom and have her healthy and happy... not to mention enjoying ice cream with you. :) xo
I\'ve been getting Mom some mystery stories--light mysteries. Janet Evonvich(sp) is the author. Fern Micheals too. When I hear her laugh from some of the stuff she is reading, it makes my heart smile.
