surgery was successful

I still have the use of my arm.  Yey!!  No feeling on the earlobe ,shoulder and part of the neck .  ear really feels weird.  Other than that I can handle it.
 
Severe heartburn though .  throwing up last night.  Couldn't sleep much as it was too painful
