Surgery done - now awaiting recovery

Well, today is day 6 post-op for hubby.  They say his heart is recuperating well and on track for what they expect.  But his medication coctail seems to be causing some reall problems.  He is confused and halucinting. The confusion tends to make him a little aggressive and I am not accustomed to that with him.  I have cried so much today and I should be rejoicing that the surgery is done and the valve was repaired.  Yet this is so scary!!!  Also, seems like we are so very isolated from everyone.  We are 80 miles from home and even farther from our children.  It even seems like all of our online friends have abandoned us.  Apparently this is a journey that God wants us to travel alone.  We know He is with us, but a little human touch would also be so nice.
