Support Meeting

Went to the Hep c meeting last night was really Good, had 2 Liver PA's there that answered alot question and  had alot of good handouts about Hepc . I ask them how much water intake should you try to maintain and they advised you take your body weight divied by 2 , Like in my case I weigh 240 divied by 2 in need to intake a min of 120 oz everyday . Just FYI
