Support

Stevan,

Tonight I went to my first Support group meeting.  There are only 4 of us there, 2 ladies, approx. 85 and 70ish and 1 man about my age, maybe a couple years older.  The oldest lady, now dig this, her family has a cabin o Woman lake, I had mentioned muskie fishing and said we were on baby lake and she told me her family has a cabin on Woman, WTH!.  So anyway, it seems like I am a little further along in my grief stage than they are, but the man is just a mess, he is so sad and it is hard to watch that stage again but I understand where he is as I was there just days ago I feel.  I miss you more today than yesterday, I will always miss you Stevan and I will always love you Stevan but I have to get past this constant sadness as it is running me exhausted.  I cry but not as much, I can't sleep yet so I have to work on that, but I am better today than yesterday, hopefully better tomorrow than today, it doesn't by any means diminish my love for you I hope you know that.  I just need to feel better, I am just so tired.  we were asked today to tell a story about our loved one, a good story on why we love them and I told them about your sense of humor and the pranks you would pull, I thought that would be a light-hearted 1st start night.  I got a little teary eyed but I made it thru OK.  The group will meet for 8 weeks and each week is something a little different to talk about and do.  So we will see if this is something I will like and get benefit from.
I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND MISS YOU STEVAN,
I MISS YOU MORE THAN YOU OR ANYONE WILL EVER UNDERSTAND.
I HOPE YOU ARE OK
LOVE YOU STEVIE BOY ;)
ALWAYS & ALWAYS
FORVER & EVER

Thank you, you too have express your sadness and sorrow here and I feel your pain also. This is the hardest thing I have ever gone through, even when I lost my Dad I thought that was it but oh to lose your love, well know no words for that. I hope you are taking care of yourself and that you are allowing things to happen as they should. You have been a great friend here and I hope it continues, we can help each other through this nightmare 1 day at a time :) Like you said before and I keep this in my head, just BREATHE and I thank you for that.
Peace and Love

yes it\'s strange, in a way i feel more connected to people here than my family and friends. Until you\'ve experienced it you just don\'t understand how life altering it is. I think when you\'ve given your heart to someone it kind of goes with them when they pass on. I\'m glad you have taken something iv\'e said to heart, i feel like iv\'e benefited from the advice iv\'e been given. I stopped drinking a few days ago and am exercising so i\'m seeing a lot clearer but the pain washes over you whenever it wants. I do hope you get some respite from your pain, I can tell your connection with your guy ran deep, my mother and father have been together for 50 years and i worry for the one who gets left behind, they are very wise but i don\'t know if they understand what there in for. Anyway take care, anytime you want someone to talk to about absolutely anything. . . i\'m here xx

You have a friend here also, you can talk to me anytime too, thank you for all your support, you will be OK I just know it, I can tell by the way you are speaking and sharing, and I also know and hear how much your gal meant to you. me and Stevan were together for 31 yrs., married 24 yrs. he was my real 1st love. I was 22 him 29 when we started dating. We were best fo friends before we even started dating, we were always together since I had 1st met him. I loved his crazy sense of humor and his caring side. We talked about everything just being good friends, then it got serious and as they say, the rest is History.
Take care my friend
Peace and Love
