Supervisor shenanigans

Yesterday, we had to move product from one pallet to another because it came in on the wrong pallet. Don't ask. This and many other things I experience here never happened before 15 years ago. People actually did their job back then. 

So, I'm in a group of 3. Me and 2 others that are new. We're working and talking about our past experiences. Mr Asshole (supervisor) came up and called us over. First thing he said was, "people who do a lot of talking don't know shit. That's why I dont talk very much." I started to feel my inner body raise in temperature just from assuming it might be about me. I backed off since that will be best. 

Curtis got done first since it was the other 2's evaluation. Nice to know that from the start. I asked Curtis if that comment was about me and he said yes. Wtf is that? This narcissistic asshole with a lose mouth is beyond unprofessional in every way. You DON'T talk about your people like that as a supervisor. He don't come to me about anything. He runs his fat mouth to others about me. He's too chicken shit to deal with the issue. 

I will be looking for another job as a driver. If I get on a lift before I find something, I might stay. Btw, I have been completely nice and respectful to this POS the entire time I worked here. He hates it when someone is actually better than what he thinks of you and especially if you are better than him in his mind. In reality, everyone is better than that.
