Sunshine and smiles

So, It has been two months of focusing on finding joy and being grateful for what I can still accomplish. It has been so satisfying to not let this disease run my life.  To not have a spirit of fear has been fabulous. I have a strong faith that God uses all situations for his good.  My disease sucks really, but he is using me in ways i don't even realize.  And I have had so much support and positive affirmation that my outlook is helping others.  Isn't that what life should be about.  Doing for others.  It is hard to shift from fear and selfishness.  And although I have had a good 2 months overall, I still broke down tired several times.  I still went to the dark place where I tell myself I am worthless and useless.  All lies from the enemy, who does not want me to live in victory.
And I have been doing a lot lately.  Starting to do some things I used to enjoy.  Instead of holding back because I might be tired, I am living what life I have.  It feels good.  Gave up carbonated soft drinks, drinking more water, and exercising.  I am so grateful for all the things I still can do.  I am grateful for my husband, family, friends, and job.
