Sunny Sunshine, Nature joys, and a sweet car ride! :) a beautiful golden day! :)

Welcome to the Countryside Winter Roads of CT! :) Happy sunshine saturday, and blueberry iced coffee CHEERS!!! :) We're enjoying a great day! :) my mom, dad, and i had a nice car ride today, in the Rose City, and Preston, CT :) we saw lots of amazing sights, including a full view of the Rose City, and we saw countryside farmlands! :) my mom and dad went to the nature country store in Preston. :) it brought back lots of memories for me as we traveled out there. :) it was such a nice car ride. :) we saw an OWL, COWS, CROWS, and winter sights all around! :) it was awesome! :) You all were right there with us in spirit. :) my dad treated us to some nice treats at dunkin donuts. :) it's very nice of him. :) We love nice car rides like this. :) i've got lots to share! :) Earlier today, i began to decorate my writing area, with a festive Valentine's theme, for the upcoming month of February. :) i'm so happy and excited! :) it's looking awesome! :) i'm gonna begin creating happy valentine's day cards tomorrow. :) i'm so very happy and delighted about this very special writing project. :) it's gonna be so nice! :) this morning i enjoyed a nature walk, and took some new pictures to share. :) it's a nice sunny day. :) Lots of wonderful nature spirit in the air. :) We have very special thanks for everyone. :) i'm gonna have an awesome writing day tomorrow. :) creating cards, writing a letter, and gearing up for SuperBowl week!!! :) Whoooo! :) double blueberry iced coffee CHEERS!!! :)
Sunny Sunshine Smiles, across the miles, from our home to yours. :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great saturday! :) we love the weekends. :) there's lots of sunshine in our area today. :) i'm very happy and excited about many nice things. :) i've got lots to share in my journal, including some cool nature pictures i took during my nature walk, and our car ride today. :) we drove way out to Preston, CT, and got to see some amazing sights out there, and in the Rose City. :) i'm enjoying a nice blueberry iced coffee. :) my mom, dad, and i had a great time today, going out. :) We've got a HUGE OWL here in our neighborhood! :) a very special nature visitor we spotted earlier! :) that owl is huge! :) it's so neat to see. :) when i spotted the owl, my dad said, "man, you got a good eye!" :) awww! :) i spotted the owl over on the next street over in a tree near the edge of the road. :) The owl was looking around. :) i pointed over, and my dad and mom spotted the owl too. :) This is an awesome day, with sunshine nature spirit in the air! :)
my family and i want to take this time, to thank you all so much, for your lovely heart-felt comments on our baking friday journal, pictures, and hugbook. :) We appreciate your wonderful kindness, and generousity. :) We're so happy and delighted everyone enjoyed our adventure. :) that warms our hearts, and makes us smile :) we love sharing our adventures :) The treats came out great! :) i took an oatmeal raisin cookie whoopie pie with me today for snack during our car ride :) we had lots of fun baking goodies yesterday, and are so happy and excited that my little nephew Michael joined in on the baking friday fun. :) he was so happy, stirring, and enjoying the cookies. :) he loves spongebob, and we want to have a spongebob themed adventure soon. :) little Michael would love that! :) we've got Superbowl baking, Valentine's baking, and lots more baking planned coming up. :) Superbowl week is ready to arrive, and countdown to the big game next sunday on February 3rd. :) it's truly amazing, how February is almost here. :) the first month of the new year is cruising by! wow! :) we got so much more to look forward too. :) we thank you all so much, for joining us on our adventures, and for sharing your adventures with us. :)
This morning, began with sweet wholesome sunshine, as the sun was rising up, and our nature animal friends were out and about, ready to have breakfast! :) i bundled up for my nature walk, it was 14 degrees here this morning, still quite cold, but with no winds today, it felt a little bit less cold outside. i was putting goodies all around our yard, and went deep into the heart of the nature forest in our yard. :) the golden winter sun rising up, with the sun rising more to the west now, you can tell we're only a month and a half away from the arrival of spring! :) bring on spring! :) whooo! :) i saw lots of birds, and squirrels visiting our yard. :) i took a few new pictures to share with everyone. :) it was so nice to be enjoying a nature walk for a little while longer today. :) the windchill wasn't that bad, it has been below 0 at times this week, but this morning felt like a pure 14 degrees. after my nature walk, i enjoyed some nice quality time here on DS, writing to friends, enjoyed an orange for breakfast, and also did some organizing and decorating here in my computer room. :)
i am so happy, and excited to share my newly decorated writing area with everyone. :) i have brought out my Valentine's decoratives, and have began to decorate my writing area for February. :) a Valentine's theme. :) it looks really nice, i get so into my decorating, the littlest details, it means so much to me, and my decorating, and displaying these beautifully heart warming gifts, and treasures my family and i have recieved over the years, from friends, all around the world. :) i am absolutely thrilled, about creating happy Valentine's day cards, and going to take some cool new pictures of my writing area soon. :) it's almost all decorated for Valentine's. :) i can't wait to share it! :) i'm really looking forward to sending out cards, the first week of February, so that everyone can enjoy their card for the Valentine's day season. :) i always look at February 1st through February 14th, as Valentine's season. :) We're only a week away, from welcoming February! :) lots to look forward too. :)
my mom, dad, and i had a really fun time today, going out for a sweet wholesome car ride. :) it brought back lots of great memories for me. :) one of the areas we drove too, is Preston, CT :) where a huge sunflower field use too be, and we'd go there often all the time when i was younger. :) my mom and dad wanted to go to the nature supplies store out there. :) it was around mid-day, we were all set, and began our wonderful adventure. :) as we were driving through our neighborhood, we saw the owl on the next street over! :) it was so cool to see. :) we looked at the owl for a minute. :) my mom had something to bring to my sister Jenn, so we began to make our way into the rose city. :) we were enjoying a talk, and our car ride. :) we love driving past the marina area, and got to see the seagulls flying over the marina. :) we drove up near the Mohegan Park, and the Rose City Rose garden, and arrived at Jenn's home. :) my mom went to see Jenn real quick, and we then made our way over into the deep roses of the rose city, where we had an amazing view from through the trees areas, of the buildings, city hall, and could even see the mohegan sun casino hotel off into the distance :) i was thinking of you all, and you all were right there with us in spirit. :)
We then cruised to Preston, CT :) we took the route we use too take all the time, when we went to a store named "better value" when i was a kid, we would go to the store all the time, and i remember on football sunday's, i'd buy some potato chips, and a big slam bottle of pepsi soda. :) in that better value store, that's where they had quarter machines to get the collectible football helmets, where i got my first Redskins helmet back in 1995. :) i remember it like it was yesterday! :) my mom, dad, and i were talking about those days, and also about how we use too take this route to travel to Rhode Island in the 1980's and 1990's when we went clamming out in Rhode Island, and visited the flea market and malls there. :) it was nice seeing those roads again, and the farmlands out that way. :) There's a huge road on the side of the road where someone painted it to look like a cow! :) it's near farmlands. :)
There's lots of farmlands out there, and we saw a field with lots of cows outside! :) they were all having lunch! :) it was so neat to see the farmlands. :) we arrived at the country store. :) earlier we had went to dunkin donuts, and my dad treated us to some treats. :) it's very nice of him. :) i got a blueberry iced coffee. :) CHEERS! :) my mom and dad went into the nature store, i stayed in the car, and was texting a few friends, and also saw lots of crows flying around a huge field. :) it's been years since i was out in the Preston, CT countryside roads. :) absolutely cool! :) my mom and dad bought some bird seeds, and a huge bag of cat food that they love to buy to stock up on. :) we were enjoying talking about when we went to Rhode Island in the 80' and 90's, Gaililee, RI, to buy some clams, and fritters, and going to the flea market. :) This upcoming spring, and summer, maybe we could take some day trips out there again. :) where we were in Preston, CT, we were only about 10 minutes from the Rhode Island state line. :)
my mom, dad, and i enjoyed a nice car ride home. :) i ate a nice oatmeal cookie whoopie pie, and was enjoying my iced coffee. :) my mom and dad had a donut. :) we drove past the old football field over in Preston, and it was cool to see the field. :) made me think of the superbowl! :) We arrived home, and were looking around for the owl, we didn't see the owl, but was so neat to see the owl earlier. :) while we were out in Preston, CT today, i took some pictures to share with everyone. :) i love taking pictures to share, bringing you all right there with us in spirit during our adventures. :) We'll definitely go for some more car rides soon. :) even my dad said today, "lets definitely try to make it to Rhode Island this summer" :) it would be awesome! :)
We're enjoying a great day! :) it was nice going out for a car ride today. :) Happy Australia day to everyone in Australia :) my mom is continuing to feel better, getting plenty of rest. :) She's in great spirits. :) She's been continuing to lay down on her left side, to help her sleep well at night, and she's doing so well, we are very proud of her. :) We continue to remind her to take it easy more, especially during the days, and to get plenty of nice rest, that is helping her heal. :) we feel your wonderful healing energy prayers, well wishes, and wonderful support. :) Thank you all so very much. :) for snack this afternoon, i had some oatmeal with cinnamon and honey. :) it was really delicious. :) i'm gonna have a very special writing day tomorrow. :) i'm gonna complete decorating my Valentine's themed writing area, and going to begin creating Valentine's day cards, and writing a letter. :) i've got my nice writing supplies, stampers, and going to have so much fun writing. :) i want to take pictures of my writing adventure to share with everyone. :) it's a really nice day today. :) i'm doing well, and feeling a nice peaceful spirit within. :) i'm excited to share new nature pictures, and looking forward to a fun night tonight, watching videos on youtube. :) i'm going to call our dear friend Holly. :) we love to watch videos on saturday night. :) i found video games themed videos for our fun saturday night party night. :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us. :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet. :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) BIG GROUP HUG :) There's many more wonderful times to look forward too. :) i'm going to cook some soup this evening, and having oranges for snack. :) We hope everyone is enjoying a peaceful weekend. :)
