Sunny Shopping, Sunflower Smiles, and a spirited, Saturday! :)

Happy Saturday!!! :) SPIRIT AND STRENGTH!!! :) and SUNNY SUNFLOWER SMILES! :) my mom, dad, and i enjoyed shopping today, at the dollar store, and walmart :) it felt great, going to both stores, and i got some nice items, including some snacks, and some cool collectible hotwheels :) i really did my best, i am a bit off today, with my shyness/social anxiety, but i knew it was good, for me to be in the stores, amongst the crowded aisles, and i did so well, and battled through it :) even with my shyness and social anxiety affecting me. i feel a bit un-confident, it happens from time to time, but i will re-gain that confidence :) i'm doing ok, and i feel very proud, and upbeat :) i really did well, and it felt old school out there today :) not feeling my best, and just battling through the experiences, and still having a good time shopping :) it really boosted my spirit, and i'm thankful i made it through :) i got a nice caramel iced coffee, and an unsweetened iced tea, on the way home :) it was great, browsing around the store, and i also saw a DS FRIEND in the store too! :) i'll share about it in my journal :) i'll always battle on, to make it through shy moments, and will continue to keep on keeping on, each and every day :) i'm going to treat myself to a gardening day tomorrow :) weeding the gardens, and will put some dvds on too :) Holly and i are watching funny videos on youtube tonight :) i'm trying to do better, with my healthy eating :) i do want to lose 10 pounds, and i'm beginning to get more serious and dedicated about achieving my goal :) Thank you angel friends, for always being here for my family and i :) We love you! :) CHEERS!!! to progress forward! :) Woot!!! :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day! :) i'm having a caramel iced coffee, and i got my unsweetened iced tea right here next to me too :) had 2 big experiences today, and i feel like, definitely progress forward, as i did so well, going to 2 stores today :) i felt a bit rusty out there, but i'm shaking off the rust, and i'm getting back into the grove, and with that, will come more confidence :) i'm really proud of how well i did today :) overcoming some shyness, and social anxiety. it's not easy, but i'm trying :) saw a DS friend at walmart today too, and the DS friend and i actually walked right past eachother, as the friend didn't recognize me, and i didn't recognize the friend, until they had already walked past, i looked back, and said, "hey, that's sunflower10" hehe! :) awww! :) i was shy, and didn't get to have the social interaction, but i did text Sunflower10 to say, "hey walmart shopper!" hehe! :) it's cool, and maybe next time, we'll get to greet eachother :) my shyness, was very high level today, but i'm doing the best i can :)
We love the weekends, and today, my mom, dad, and i were getting ready,to go out to shop, around mid-day :) i was excited, about going out to shop :) it was a really nice morning, checking in on our plants, feeding our nature animal friends, and enjoyed some calls on the phone too :) Jenn, Mikey, and baby Hunter came over :)the other day, my mom and dad bought a new bike for Mikey :) he's been seeing this bike at walmart, and he wanted it for his birthday, that's coming up on August 10th :) my mom and dad surprised Mikey today, by giving him the bike, he was so happy and excited, and rode the bike outside here for a little while :) We all enjoyed a great morning, including welcoming 4 new Sunflower blossoms! :) Super cool! :) Kayla and Taylynn went out to visit with Taylynn's other grandparents, her meme and pepe :)
Around mid-day, my mom, dad, and i began our shopping adventure :) i admit, when we first went out, i was feeling super shy, and i knew my social anxiety was a bit flared up today too. i was determined though, to shop, and i was gonna accomplish my shopping goals :) We cruised over to the dollar store, and parked our minivan :) my mom, dad, and i shopped together, in the dollar store :) i felt that it really helped me, staying close to my mom and dad in the store :) i bought some gifts, a packet of cards, and also bought 2 packs of pumpkin seeds :) i really wanted to treat myself :) at the dollar store, i noticed they have put some autumn season decorations, on the shelves there :) very cool :) i saw some awesome items, i'd like to buy, for my autumn display, and halloween town, that i'll begin to decorate in about 5 weeks in September :) the dollar store wasn't that busy, i was a bit shy though, at the checkout. it was really quiet, in the store, but i did well. sometimes, when it's really quiet, i feel much more shy, because when i talk, i feel like everyone can hear me, and i tend to be quiet in the store when it's like that. the checkout went smoothly, my dad bought some books there, including a History of the Red Sox at Fenway park book :) cool! :) they got some really nice books there, at the dollar store :) We put our items into our car, and began our journey to walmart :)
i originally wasn't gonna go to walmart, but it was early in the afternoon, and i wanted to browse a bit there, especially at the collectible hotwheels :) Holly and i still collect hotwheels, and i've been wanting to send some to her :) we arrived at home, and when we first went in, we walked over to the men's clothes section :) i looked at the clearance rack, shirts, and jeans :) they got a new "the walking dead" shirt there! awesome! :) i may buy it sometime :) my dad and i looked at the shoes, sneakers, and my mom went to buy a new pajama's set for Mikey for his birthday :) we met back home, and then began to walk toward the toys section. i was looking over at the electronics section, and guess who i saw? SUNFLOWER10 (our friend Stacy) and her boyfriend Ron! :) i couldn't believe it!!! :) They were talking to the worker there. i was feeling very shy, and didn't walk over to say hi, but they looked busy, and i thought, maybe we'll walk into them in another area of the store. :) my mom, dad, and i looked at the hotwheels, i bought 2 mystery hotwheels packages for Holly, and my mom bought some toys for Mikey :)
We were browsing around, i could feel very off inside of the store today, like i felt uncomfortable. i'm not sure, exactly why. around the house, i wear my garden jeans, and i'm very comfortable in those jeans, they're baggy, but when i go out, i wear my good clothes, and i felt like a bit different, when i go out wearing my good clothes. i guess, i felt a bit uncomfortable in my own skin, and i know nobody was staring at me, but i just felt a bit unconfident inside the stores today. i wouldn't wear my garden jeans to the store, because they're all tore up at the ankles/feet area, but i just felt very shy, and felt like i was missing confidence, inside of the stores. it's a shyness, and social anxiety thing. i was battling on though, i really was, and i was talking with my mom and dad.
We walked over to the cats/dog foods aisle, and then the garden center. they've moved a lot of the garden supplies out there, but still have some plants. we were looking at the cactus plants, and jade plants :) it was nice, and helped me feel more relaxed :) we walked back toward the inner part of the store, i mentioned to my mom and dad, that i wanted to buy some bread and butter pickle seasoning :) We walked down the aisle, that has pickles, salsa, and salad dressings, and there were 2 people walking, and once we had walked past them, i noticed, it was SUNFLOWER10, and Ron! she must have not noticed me, and i didn't notice her, until they had walked past me! wow! it was so surreal! here i was, walking in walmart, past one of my DS friends! hehe! :) this walmart, is where i first began to go out, into stores, and sunflower10 and i have been friends, since 2007, here on ds :) i did text Sunflower10 later on, and said, "Hi walmart shopping, i saw you at the electronics area, and we walked past eachother on the pickles aisle!" hehe! :) smiles :) i'll definitely give sunflower10 a call soon :)
my mom, dad, and i finished up shopping, and went to the checkout :) i did really well, at the checkout, and it was busy too, but i felt comfortable, and we then finished up checking out, and walked outside :) i helped put our stuff into our minivan, and we then cruised over to mcdonalds :) my mom got some french fries, and i got a caramel iced coffee, and an unsweetened iced tea :) it was really nice and refreshing :) on the way home, i felt extremely proud of how well i did, at both stores. when my shyness, and social anxiety is high level, it's hard, but i battled through it, and i felt like i battled through it good, tough, and with spirit and strength :) You all give me strength, hope, and motivate me, inspiring me to give it my all :) i definitely want to keep going on, and i want to gain more confidence :) i've felt rusty lately, not going out to the stores much. sometimes, i gotta shake that rust off, and get back into a grove, and that's when i feel most confident, and it feels more natural :) i just felt a bit uncomfortable, and unconfident out there today, but still, i take all of the positives out of the experiences, and it helps me during future experiences :) i'll always keep determined, to make progress :) Thank you angel friends, for cheering me, and giving me strength, and hope :) i'm with you all, all the way! :)
We're enjoying a great day! :) it's a nice saturday :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch some funny videos, on youtube :) it'll be really nice :) We call it, our fun saturday night party night :) Tomorrow evening, the race horse, triple crown winner, American Pharoah is racing, in the Haskell Invitational :) my mom, dad, and i want to watch that race :) it'll be really cool :) i'm having some pumpkin seeds, string beans, and cucumber salad, for snack tonight :) i'm going to treat myself, to a gardening day tomorrow :) i want to work up a sweat, in the garden, weeding the garden, and will take lots more pictures to share :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) my family and i deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP HAPPY SUNFLOWER HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)

SUMMER SUNFLOWER SMILES :) the plants are flourishing, with the season :) smiling and shining! oh my! and growing and glowing :) i tended our plants this morning, giving them a nice watering :) it's incredible to see, how well the plants are doing :) We love the gardening season :) i'm gonna pull weeds tomorrow, and will freshen up our gardens, for this sweet new month, of august :)
