Sunny

Hey AllWell I got my homework after staying up til 1am on Thursday morning but I got it all done without a nap. I was sleepy but didn't take a nap I took more caffeinne.Thursday I played on the computer and got ready for physical therapy and group. I got half way there and my steering got tough. So I went to PT and afterward my physical therapist directed me to a car part shop so I went there for som power steering fluid and a guy help me put it in and every time I turn it squirted out so I bought plenty of fluid. They let me call my husband from the store and then I went to hospital for group. I got there late but then was able to get in. I then check again call hubby after group and then check oil it needed oil. Well I put more in and started out. I got down below Maryville and the guy at the store suggested to stop and put more in so I stop and sure enough I needed more so I put more in. Just about made it to turn off toward home and got caught by a cop speeding. My mind was on getting home as soon as possible because hubby was worried so I got my ticket and came home. Ralph wasn't to upset with the ticket and he said he would call his friend to see if he could fix the van. Rhonda  bought a movie so we watch a movie then I hung out on the puter for a bit and then went to bed . Today hung out at the puter and did nothing else. I told my therapist that I had a sitting headache, one sitting waiting to go away or explode and he said we was working on it to go away. So its still sitting and I just have to wait. Going to take meds. Lost weight, still smiling and working hard with school. Love ya all. Robin

I\'m having a similar problem but it\'s my clutch that keeps losing fluid and then it won\'t shift, will have to have someone look at it soon.
How much longer will you be going to school? Hopefully the end is in sight.

Keep your receipt from purchasing the power steering fluid and keep any other receipts from having it worked on, take them with you to court. Please guilty, because you were speeding. But hopefully the judge will dismiss it or at least reduce it due to the circumstances. My son is police officer and he always says if there are extenuating circumstances to tell the judge, because they almost always will feel sorry for you. Hugs, Fern

Robin you car was apparently losing power steering fluid. You did a VERY silly and dangerous thing, driving at high speed. If you has lost your power steering, your van would have been near impossible to control. You could have been killed or crippled for life.. I am SO GLAD you made it home safely...

Robin,
I am glad that you got your homework finished. I hope that you saved your receipt from the store where you bought the power steering fluid at - please do not drive fast again when you are low on fluid since you could end up dead. I don\'t want to lose you sistah.

Robin,
You sure have had more than your share of bad luck my friend. I do hope that your van is fixed soon. It can be dangerous when those fluids all leak out. And I\'m proud of you for finishing that homework. I do hope that the judge goes easy on you over the speeding ticket. Hang in there my friend and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Love and Hugs, Debbie

in Tennessee you can go to traffic school anyway for a ticket unless you have a good number of them. So either way if he dismissed it or not you shouldn\'t have to pay that much. I am glad you got home safely. I know the tendency to drive fast when we just want to get home. no lectures from me just glad you are safe.
