SUNFLOWERS purify the soil around your home, garden and clean the air
PURIFYING the soil around your home or vegetable garden
"Sunflowers clean up contaminated soil. Sunflowers absorb lead, and other dangerous heavy metals such as arsenic, zinc, chromium, copper, and manganese.
Sunflowers are the most astounding example of phytoremediation (plants that clean up soil and the air around them)
American Indians regularly employed the magic healing of sunflowers - new soil, the first year you plant sunflowers. the second year you plant vegetables, berries, fruit trees etc.
“Project Sprout,” planting bio-energy gardens that include plants like sunflowers as a way to remediate soil and yield a crop for bio-fuel production.
Sunflowers will provide health. They transform polluted areas into areas of health. Sunflowers also add beauty.
If you’re looking to clean up your soil, or just want to enjoy the beauty of these flowers in your garden, here are some great varieties to try:
Soraya — a nice bright orange sunflower that grows to about 6 feet with a single stem.
Ring of Fire — a multicolored starbust sunflower that’s around 3 to 4 feet tall.
Russian Mammoth — a beautiful yellow flower that can grow to be 8 feet tall!
Velvet Queen — red and orange with burgundy undertones and grows to an average of 5 feet."

supposed to be looking at the other pool and taking health and weight more seriously, so what do i do. went to mcd\'s with j. went at the end of the night and the server gave us whatever was left over i guess. instead of one filet of fish, there were THREE in there. instead of one fry, there were two, for the same price as ordering one. very nice and smart thing to do they trash all the leftovers anyway. couldn\'t eat it all though and shouldn\'t anyway.
i think i am down to half cups with everything and half sandwiches or everything shuts down, throat starts to close, chest hurts. not good. don\'t go to mcd\'s enough to matter.
My son loves sun flowers. We tied to grow one last year but was not successful.I dont eat much fast food. When I do I wish I didn\'t.
Such great information about the sunflower\'s.
Wishing you good health and happiness always.
They sound so beautiful. We love sunflower seeds here. Wonder if those flowers would produce some ?? Enjoy.
