Sunflower Gardening :) i ordered special corn seeds, to grow popcorn! :)
Happy Monday! :) With nature, gardening, and happy hearts smiles :) We're enjoying a beautiful day! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) i've really blossomed deep into some great gardening this past weekend, and did some more gardening today :) the sunflower seeds planting days of spring! :) i love it!!! :) today, i planted some mammoth sunflower seeds :) these are the sunflowers that can grow up to over 12 feet tall! :) wow! :) i'm so excited, and very happy! :) i bought some popcorn seeds for planting, on ebay :) i bought a quarter pound of the seeds :) woot! :) they'll be arriving soon :) i'm gonna plant the popcorn seeds in planters in our greenhouses, get them growing nicely, and will then transplant them into our garden :) i'm loving all of the gardening ,nature joys, and sharing all about it, here in my journal :) our plants are doing really well :) i watered our plants today, i love tending them :) our greenhouses are getting loaded, with planters, and i'm so thrilled, to be amongst this incredible new gardening season journey :) It's really energized me :) i enjoyed some nature walks today, and took some new pictures to share :) The season is so fresh, and joyful :) lots of sunshine, and birds, butterflies, and bumble bees visiting our yard, and gardens :) my dad protected our front trees, and planted our new blueberry bush :) The golden days of spring time gardening are here :) Tomorrow we're going out to get some treats for sweet treats tuesday :) Happy Sunflower smiles :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice peaceful day, and a great start to the new week :) It's really feeling like classic spring time gardening time now, with the nature glowing all around, and seeing seedlings, plants flourishing, fruit growing on our trees, and even tiny grapes beginning to grow :) there's lots of great excitement, and i'm so thrilled to share about it here in my journals :) i've blossomed into full gardening mode now, i love it! : )This past weekend, planting plants, seeds, and tending our plants, and gardens :) it's a wonderful feeling, and a great joy to my heart, and spirit :) i'm so happy and excited, for all of the great things going on :) Spring time cheer, lots of time with family, friends, and nature :) my dad planted our new blueberry bush, next to our other blueberry bushes over by our peach tree :) We now have 4 blueberry bushes :) my dad also covered some of our fruit trees with netting, to help protect the fruit :) It's awesome, all of the great nature, and spring time in full swing :)
This morning, i ordered a quarter pound of Popcorn seeds, on ebay :) i ordered from some farming place, in Alabama :) we've looked for popcorn seeds for planting, around our yard, in stores, but couldn't find any. last year we grew sweet corn, and tried to pop it once it was dried, but it didn't pop. we knew this year, we'd have to get some popcorn corn, to plant :) on ebay this morning, i ordered a good quarter pound of the seeds, and they'll be arriving very soon :) once they arrive, i'm gonna plant the seeds in our garden greenhouse, to get them sprouted, growing, and in a couple weeks, will plant the corn plants into our garden :) 2 years ago, we grew popcorn plants, and it was such a cool and neat experience, we really want to grow more popcorn :) it'll be a fun gardening experience :) We're stocked up on lots of nice organic soil, top soil, and potting soil, and having seeds now, this is a wonderful time, to be gardening :)
Today, i did some nice sunflowers gardening :) yesterday i planted 12 sunflower seeds, and we also have some sunflowers growing in our garden greenhouse, that i'll be transplanting into our gardens, very soon :) i planted mammoth sunflower seeds today :) i love looking for the sunny areas of our gardens, where sunflowers will really flourish nicely :) mammoth sunflowers can grow very tall, and they produce lots of sunflower seeds, that can be harvested, for replanting ,or for baking the seeds, which are a great snack :) my dad and i are planning to get some more tomato plants, and pepper plants soon :) We got lots of cucumber seedlings in the greenhouse, and also our yellow squash plants will be sprouting up soon :) i can't wait to plant those into our gardens :)
It's a thrilling experience, dwelving into the gardening, planting, and tending the plants and gardens :) we'll be seeing lots of new flower sprouts in our front yard planters :) i'm planning to plant some flowers seeds near our snowball bush too, to get lots of varieties of flowers growing :) i'd love to get a few mammoth sunflowers growing in our front garden too :) The soil in our yard, is really nice, and set for all of the plantings too :) i did really well, planting the rows of string beans this past weekend :) i love to plant the beans, and i cover the rows of beans with the organic potting soil :) once the seeds sprout, i'll also begin to plant some more of the string beans, so that we'll get many many plants growing, and will increase the chances for a good crop of string beans to grow :) we love those nice string beans :)
We have lots of raspberry bushes in our yard, and some even sprouted in the middle of our large garden, and i decided to transplant those small bushes, near our raspberry truellis, so that that area is loaded with raspberry plants :) yesterday Taylynn was playing with her friend, and they were asking me if any raspberries have grew yet :) i said, "very soon" :) They love to pick the raspberries :) our grapevines, and blueberry bushes, along with our fruit trees are doing really well too :) Growing ,and flourishing :) We have pears and grapes growing already, and soon will have lots more growing : )It's gonna be awesome, to have some great garden goodies to harvest and enjoy soon :)
i'm loving the great exercise i'm getting from gardening, and nature walks too :) i've been eating healthy, exercising, and lost about 7 pounds. :) i'm really pleased, and proud of how well i've been doing :) i've been keeping up with my stretching, and lifting weights too, which is helping me a lot :) my muscles aren't sore, from all of the gardening. i'm so glad, and thankful :) The gardening season is so nice, fresh, and really rejuvenating :) i'm loving these golden spring garden days, and i'm really excited, for all that there is to look forward too, in the upcoming weeks too :) We'll be having our big gardening weekend, during memorial day holiday weekend, and also continuing to plant in the month of June :) thank you all for joining us on our gardening adventures :) This is so much fun!!! :) i took some more garden pictures today, to share with everyone :)
