Sundy Morn

Been a couple a weeks since I added anythihng. Just about lost the 10 pounds I gained and still don't understand why! I started going to the gym this week.  I am surprised it hasn't made me sore.  I do 100 rep on the belly cruncher and 100 on the chest machine then some free weights and an hour on the tread mill. I been increasing the speed and incline a click a day. I guess I do enough walking and stuff at work to stay in half a shape, Hey, round is a shape!
Havent' had any challenges lately all has been quiet.
