Painful pretty well describes my day today. I have just hurt and ached all over plus my sacroiliac joints have been screaming all day long. I just feel totally wiped out like I did when I first came home from the hospital the end of May 2013 after having my PE's.    
I just hurt and ache, my chest aches with discomfort but doesn't hurt hurt. I am in tears from pain and exhaustion. Like I said, I feel like I just got home from the hospital so I guess it means I pushed too hard and far this past week or so.
Hubby was a really good and went to pick up a few groceries and the girls by himself. I know he was tired also and has a very long week a head of him running his delivery route. I think I figured about 1900 miles between Monday morning and Friday night. Hubby let me lay down and rest after he fixed us some breakfast also.
So at least I did get up and do the dishes from the weekend since we haven't been home much.
Actually getting up and walking and moving a little has helped the pain some. 
I am glad I only have 3 days of work this coming week. Right now, even that feels more then I can handle but handle I will.
I just hope tomorrow dawns and I feel some better once more.
