Sunday Night

I feel a whole lot more confident that I can get on top of this depression. I felt a bit better this morning before work than I usually do on a blue Sunday. And I picked up through the day at work. I feel good tonight after chatting with 4 DS friends.
Had a falling out with one, well I hope it was just a misunderstanding . I'd better send him a message cos I don't want to lose contact with one of my best friends here.
I said I was as sober as a Moslem-thought Id pick something different to use than "judge'- but maybe that was tactless somehow? I dunno-some people are too thin skinned.
I don't care if he is that touchy do I want to be friends?
Well yes I do cos Ive always liked him and he has stood by me.'
Ill see if I feel like writing tomorrow morning-will be a good sign if I do.
Ditto taking Arnie for a walk round the block. I hope I can do these things to get myself back on track again.
