Sunday February 13/11
I'm not ok, I'm really not. I might look ok, I might sound ok, I go to work, I shop, I cook altho rarely, I wave to my neighbours, but I'm not ok, I'm really not. No one knows how much I cry, no ones knows that I have not yet put my Christmas bins in the shed, no one knows that my DW needs to be un-loaded and loaded again, no one knows that I heat day old coffee. No one knows how alone I will feel when our daughter is married this August. No one knows how I don't sleep at night, can't get to sleep, then wake up so much during the night that it starts all over again with trying to get back to sleep. No one knows that pretty much my whole world revolves around my computer, that it is pretty much my social world, no one knows that my phone rarely rings. No one knows how sad I really am. I know tho, that my DS family can relate, Thank you.

Yes it\'s lonely...and it helps to know that you are not alone in this crazy journey...and that others have been here before us and are still living and some actually have joy again and new beginnings...just sucks being where we are right now. Hang in there....Hugs, D
Thanks. Hugs, Wendy
Wow, I could have written this. Please know that you are not alone. Many of us feel this way. We are not okay and it will be a long time until we are.....I also have such a hard time at night. I wake up and wander the house. I don\'t know what I am looking for, and then it is impossible to go back to sleep. I am thinking of you. Hugs, Dawn
I thought it would be easier after the first six months - WRONG! Here I am at 7 and a half, Valentine\'s Day (night) and am crying my eyes out. I thought I\'d get through this day alright, but not a chance.
I hear you, and can sooooo relate. I hate this stuff. I hate that he\'s dead. I hate that I\'m sad all the time. My computer too is my social life.
Hugs
