Sunday

Yesterday i was not feeling very well and it went well into the night.  I was so sick last night I used Teledoc in which the doctor ordered strong miagraine meds but couldn't get them till this morning.  I have never experienced nausea like I did this time.  I woke up and went straight to urgent care where I was given a shot and anti nausea meds.  Joe was drunk the entire night.  And told me I was making myself sick.  Needless to say, I know I need to get out of this situation.  When I saw him this morning he had been so drunk last night that he fell on the pavement and scraped his eye.

If something had seriously happened to me, he never would have known.

I am getting my appetite back now and think i will treat myself to dinner.

I’m glad you are starting to feel better. Sounds awful.

My wife gets severe headaches. Awful. I feel blessed that I don’t. Nothing else compares. Are you drinking plenty of water? Breathing practice can help too.

Sage, I feel bad for you having to deal with all this.

I'm hap, hap, happy to hear of the return of your appetite. That is one of my strictly personal signals that I am holding steady through a storm.

As for your current tornado, do we really get to control a storm's course of action? That healthy dinner is a bit you **do** get to control. Yea you for taking the reins while the falling down drunks of the world sort their own.

Continued support while you sort **your** own.

Thanks all. Had a slight headache this morning but has gone away. Hoping that never happens again. I can't remember ever being that sick.

Hangover by proxy?

I get occasional sinus type migraines. I get really nauseous from them and it just hurts to even turn my head or move it up and down. Once the headache subsides, it still takes a day to sort of feel right again. And it actually does feel sort of like a hangover ... from a hangover. My head at that point doesn’t hurt per se, but it still feels full and I’m completely wiped out and just bleh.

Anyway, bad headaches seem to affect my whole body. It’s not fun.
