Sundance experance
first ...I can't explain the ceromonie ...they are sacraid. and you can't take pictures when you go to one ...and second everytime I do my jurnal just won't publish .......
in the mornings we went for a sweat and than had our day of fasting and dancing ..with short breaks inbetween the dancing and one one hour break ..durning the day ....in the evening we had a nother sweat and than ..sat around a sacraid fire ware you intrdused your self and then you could shair something or not ........
the first night I had a vision ....I was asleep when it started ..but became fully awake durning it and it continued ...it started off that ..I was standing infront of this ceromoney going on there were drums and singing ...than there were men and women dresed in what they ware for sundance ...from very reasently. going all the way back ..to the ancestors .....hundreds and hundreds of years ago ....it was. somthing I can't even begin to explain to see all these spirits just like I could see a person right in front of me ....and feel the emotions comming from them the unconditional love ......they were all looking at me ............I became a vessel..than ....the conductor was standing in front of me ...holding a huge Woden boll of water ....but it was so much more than water ...I relized when he started pouring it into my mouth .......it was unconditional love ..it was suport ..it was energy. ....it was more that I could comprehend .....I started to wake up ..and could feel the liquid filling all of me ...I could tast it ...than it was over .

the vision was not over ....my h and my puppy interrupted ..with hugs and kisses .......what I was saying was that .......
than the liquid being poured into me was overflowing ..me .......chocking me ...and than ...the conduction was in front of me with a small Woden boll and he said drink drink ...I stoped chocking ...and began drinking no longer the vacell. but this time I was drinking for my self .....fo the liquid of love of energie ..from all of the spirits ...I have never tasted anything so pure so satisfying ...so powerful ......in the love I was being giving ........I than relized that as the Vasell ..I was receiving that luiqued for all the other sundancers ..that this visions was not just for me that these spirits had given all the sundancers this ll blessing ...and would continue to do so throught out the hole sundance I also knew this was somthing I could not keep to my self .....they were all smiling at me as the vision ended .....although I could no longer see them I could feel them there .....
the next night at the sa rid fire I was so nurvice because I knew that I had to tell all the sundancers ...the vision I had because it was not just for me but it was for all of us ....and I did tell them all .......
