SUMMER TIME! :) New Garden Tour Video :) These are COOL days of gardening! :)

HAPPY SUMMER WEEK!!! :) Oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) We're counting down to those sweet classic, and golden SUMMER DAYS!!! :) my family and i are so very happy, and excited! :) We're ready to welcome the summer season, later on this week! :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) You can feel an incredible NATURE GARDENING SPIRIT shining!!! all around! :) i am super pumped up, and excited! :) The sunflowers are flourishing, along with all of the other plants :) WOW! :) They are growing absolutely sweet SUNNY WILD!!! :) i've got lots of super cool and sunny new nature/gardening pictures to share :) it's a beautifully sunny day! :) i'm in gardening heaven, getting to tend our plants, giving them nice water nourishment :) i'm feeling that sunshine energy! :) Tomorrow, i'm going to measure SUNNY sunflower, and SUNSHINE sunflower! :) oh my! :) They have grown so much more, along with all of the other plants! :) The Sunflower sun race is on! :) i am smiling and smiling! :) my family and i had such a wonderful time, celebrating the weekend with everyone :) We were so very into the moments, of joyful times, and many special memories being made, and memories shared :) we want to thank you all, for celebrating the weekend with us :) We have many more amazing weekends like that, to look forward too :) We love this time of the year :) is everyone ready for SUMMER!!! :) during the evening yesterday, i was taking in some nice reflective moments, i even opened up one of my sports cards cabinets, and was looking at some of my cards :) i am so happy, everyone enjoyed my journal, with stories, and memories shared :) i love to write, to share, and to be in the moments, of this incredible time of the year :) Our plants, are ready, for the summer time sunshine, and the amazing stretch of the season, where they will continue to grow wild! :) i've got gardening updates, new pictures. :) it's a sweet day! :) Kayla and her classmates had lots of fun, going on a field trip to the beach today :) my niece Alyssa went with them :) i checked in on my weight this morning, i wanted to see how i'm doing :) i lost 2 more pounds, and now have lost a total of 11 pounds! :) i am very happy, and pleased :) i've also been lifting weights too, to build up my muscles, for gardening season :) my energy is feeling great, and i'm very thankful :) Thank you all for your incredible love, care, and support :) i've been enjoying nature walks, tending our plants today :) i'm wearing my gardening jeans shorts, it's summer time! :) We're cruising toward 90 degrees weather in the upcoming days! Hi angel friends! :) HAPPY SUMMER WEEK!!! :) it's the countdown to summer season, and we've got lots of warm sunshine in our area today, and the plants are spirit dancing in the gardens! :) my dad and i have been checking in on the plants today :) i tended the plants :) they're doing very well! :) we have awesome ripening Strawberries we're picking :) i love giving the plants nice water nourishment :) after replenishing the plants, i brewed a nice iced coffee :) CHEERS!!! :) it's a refreshing treat, especially during the gardening season :) this season, is rocking, and sunshine rolling! :) We're enjoying a really nice start to the new week :) Kayla was so excited this morning, as today was her big field trip to the beach :) my niece Alyssa went, as a special helper :) i remember field trips when i was in school, especially the final week of the school year, it was always so nice, and a fun time :)
Summer season is set to arrive, later on this week :) the season is shining beautifully :) i've been spirit dancing and soaring all around our yard, and gardens, like a butterfly today! :) Our plants are thriving, flourishing nicely :) on sunny days like this, i've got my camera with me, and always ready to take pictures, of those wonderful nature sights :) earlier, shortly after 12pm, while i was making the garden tour video, i heard lots of birds way out in the nature forest, and bird sanctuary in our yard, they were enjoying a nice lunch, having breads, peanuts, and bird seeds :) i spotted a few squirrels out there visiting our yard too :) i love that nature energy, it's thrilling, and really awesome :) i am so very happy, and excited, about the growing of the gardens, the plants, and making garden tour videos to share with everyone :) i'm in nature/gardening heaven :) Tomorrow, i'm going to be measuring the 2 sunflowers, that are in the Sunflower sun race :) Sunny vs Sunshine, it's a growing race, toward the sweet blue sky, and sunshine : )our weather is nicely warm, and the plants love to work up a sunny thirst in the garden :) i love watering the plants, it's a great feeling of gardening happiness :)
There's lots of sunflowers, and cosmos growing in our front yard :) i also see lots of marigolds, some morning glory sprouts, and our tiger lillies are growing lots of stems and blossoms, that will be blossoming beautifully during the summer season :) Lots of blossoming to look forward too :) we got lots of string beans plants, tomatoes, peppers, and also our pumpkin plants flourishing nicely :) grow halloween pumpkins grow! :) smiles :) i'm loving the nature and gardening energy all around :) i see some butterflies, and dragonflies visiting, plus the bumble bees are buzzing around the yard, and gardens :) it's pure classic ,golden nature, that really shines :) i look forward to sharing my new garden pictures with everyone in my journal today :) i'll also be keeping everyone updated tomorrow, on the sunflower sun race measuring :) it's gonna be great to see, how much the sunflowers grew, during the course of the week :) Happy nature, and gardening smiles :)
INCREDIBLY HEART-FELT WEEKEND, SHARED TOGETHER, WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT, OF THE SEASON! :) awww! :) SPECIAL MEMORIES MADE, TO ALWAYS CHERISH AND TREASURE! :)HAPPY SUMMER WEEK!!! :) Summer season, is coming, and there's lots and lots of great things going on, awesome times, with family and friends :) dwelving into the spirit of the season, soaking up, all of that wonderful sunshine, and awesome times, that make your spirit soar! :) sharing lots of smiles, and many heart-felt moments. :) my family and i want to take this time, to thank you all so very much, for celebrating the weekend with us :) We're very happy, and excited :) We had such a wonderful time, sharing in, celebrating, the beautiful moments of the weekend :) From shopping and car rides in the Rose city on saturday, to a sweet sunday, Father's day, sharing times with family and friends, with nature, gardening, and stories, memories shared :) it was a weekend where we wanted it to continue on, and on, and on, as we were so very into the moments, of pure happiness, peace, and excitement :) The weekend was rocking, and SUNSHINE rolling, and a week, we will always, and forever remember, and will cherish, with all of the love of our hearts :)
It was such a nice weekend, i wanted to take some time to write here in my journal today, about how i was so happy to be in the moments of the weekend, with all of our favorite joys :) my dad, had such a great father's day :) he was so into the moments too, we loved the moments, where we saw my dad, enjoying the day, and enjoying all of the special things, he loves very much :) my dad was outside a lot yesterday, he loves being in our yard, and gardens :) We had such a nice time, visiting with family, and also going for the car ride over to agway nature supplies store :) We were amazed, to see all of the plants they had, garden supplies, we could have shopped there for hours and hours! :) hehe! :) it's a really nice, countryside store, so many nice items there, and we were thrilled to bring home some new plants, for our gardens :) my dad and i really rocked it with our gardenign yesterday :) it was so exciting, gardening with my dad :) he had the wheel barrow out, and was mixing up the organic soil, and top soil, we were gardening in the Sun! :) We love it!!! :)
We're so happy, and excited, about the new addition, to our gardens :) the new 18 cucumber plants, yellow squash plants, plus our nice corn plants we grew :) my dad was so very pleased, with how well our corn plants grew, in our garden greenhouse :) he said, "wow, look at these healthy roots!" :) awww! :) we love nature, and gardening :) We're so happy, that there was lots of wonderful sunshine for us to enjoy, and sunny gardening time :) it was so cool too, right after we had finished gardening, my mom and sister Lisa came home from the store, and had a nice tray full of iced cold drinks, it was so nice, and refreshing, for my dad and i, as we worked for over an hour in the garden, planting, and enjoying checking in on the plants :) iced coffee CHEERS!!! is always so awesome! :) i gave all of our plants, a really good soaking with the water nourishment too :) all of that sunshine, the plants worked up a thirst! :) The plants are flourishing so nicely, and are really thriving, with the season :)
i read all of your beautifully heart warming comments, on my sunday journal :) i shared them with my family :) We're so very happy, delighted, and thrilled that everyone enjoyed reading about our day, stories, and memories shared, and also my new pictures :) that warms our hearts, and touches our hearts, in many wonderful ways :) i was so happy, to hear about my dad's stories, and memories of his bowling days, and also, sharing about how my dad and i love to collect sports cards :) my writings, about our sports cards, inspired me to take a look at my sports cards collection, during the evening :) i opened up one of the cabinets, and was looking at the cards, and was thinking about the amazing day, and wonderful weekend shared, with family and friends :)it was sunny outside too, well into the evening, i love that sunshine, flowing into my room windows, and had a really sweet time, looking at some of my sports cards collection :) i may even buy a few new packs of cards, sometime soon :)
Weekends like this past weekend, my family and i really cherish, and treasure them :) We feel very blessed, and thankful each day, to have wonderful friends like you all, to share our days, and adventures with :) There's so much more to look forward too :) With summer week, arriving now, and all of the awesome times throughout the season, with nature, gardening, birthday's, and holidays, and lots more, i think it's gonna be an incredible summer season, shared, and celebrated to the fullest :) We love and enjoy your friendships, very much, and love to hear about your days, and adventures :) this is a wonderful, beautiful garden of life, sharing, caring, enjoying, and spirit soaring, with all of the very special times :) This past weekend, we'll always remember, and we look forward to many more weekends, just like it :) Happy Sunshine Smiles :)

GOAL UPDATE! :) Hi angel friends! :) i wanted to update everyone, i weighed myself this morning, i wanted to check in on my weight :) i'm so happy, and excited, i've been doing really well, with eating healthy, eating carefully with my tooth, and also, taking nice time, to treat myself too, to help keep myself balanced :) it's been a wonderful stretch of weeks for me, with my healthy eating :) i've gotten into a great zone, and have done so much better now, with my evening/late night snacks, having more shredded wheat/blueberries, healthier choices, when it comes to snack time :) i am very pleased, with how well things are going, and so thrilled to share with everyone, the news, that i've lost 2 more pounds, and now have lost a total of 11 pounds! :) i'm down to 220 now :) wow! :) it's amazing, getting on the scale, and seeing it say 220 :) i've been doing really well, with my healthy eating, plus i love my treats, from time to time :) i havenice peanut butter and jelly sandwich, from time to time, love to have my iced coffees too. :) i've found a good balance, and a good zone, that is really working for me, plus with my exercise in our yard, and gardens, it's going so well :) i've been feeling my energy feeling much better too :) i've been working on my arm/back/shoulder strength too :) i've been doing some weight-lifting, arm curls, and lifts, to help build up my muscle, it helps me a lot too, for the gardening work, and tending the plants :) i'm getting into much better shape, and it's a wonderful feeling :) Everyone's incredible love, care, and support, is helping me a lot :) i feel very blessed :) i'm with you all, all the way, with continued progress, with our goals :) it's a wonderful start, to the summer time season too, i love to be in the nature zone, walks, gardening, and going out often, to the stores : )i feel very balanced, and i'm very happy, with how well things are going :) CHEERS!!! to continued success, and progress with our goals :) i'll keep everyone updated, on how things are going with my goals :) keep me updated too, on how you are doing :)
We're enjoying a nice day, and a great start to the week :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) today for lunch, i enjoyed some nice corn, 2 baked corn tortilla wraps, with garlic powder on the corn, and i also had 2 baked potatoes :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been tending our plants, i love watering the plants, the plants are nice, replenished, enjoying the sunshine :) it's a wonderful time, in the gardening season :) We love to see all of the plants flourishing :) my dad decided to put our new protective netting, around our peach tree, to protect the peaches, from the squirrels :) We hope for lots of nice peaches to pick latr on during summer season : )Summer arrival week, is in full swing :) all of the nature, glowing all around :) Tomorrow's sweet treats tuesday! :) We're gonna go to get some nice treats, at mcdonalds :) i may get 1 iced coffee, and 1 iced tea too :) double the trees, double the awesome spirit soaring excitement of summer season :) it's a really nice start to the week :) i did a little organizing here in my computer room this morning :) i love to tidy up things :) i'm doing some writing too, cards, and a letter :) my family and i thank you all, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNNY SUNSHINE HUG :) tonight, i'm going to watch some tv :) There's many more awesome times to look forward too :)
