Summer is here

The girl is bored, and doing things that are messy. Creating mixtures in the kitchen. It is kind of upsetting. I'd be doing more things with her, especially taking her to the lake, if it were not raining so much - nearly every day. Where does it think we are, Washington State? I've applied for SSI because I've really come to the point where I have to admit to myself that I'm not going to be able to work anymore, and figured that it was time to start the process. Between the stress of having to deal wth the girl's problems, and the mistreatment that she experienced in the school, and the problems dealing with the state regardng food stamps, welfare, and mainecare, my stress level is just too high, and I don't have a clue how to get it under control enough to be considered a working member of society. I quit my last two jobs because I couldn't handle it. I've tried, over the last 3 1/2 years, to find another way to support myself, and failed each time - because I couldn't handle it. It is time to admit that I have a problem, that it is not going away, and need help in order to get through. At least I won't have to deal with the unreasonable, incompetant principal next year - I did mnage t get the gir transferred to the other school in the district. I cannot account for the fact that this woman keeps her job, dispite traumatizing and abusing a few of the children in her care. Astounding.
