Sudden Symptoms

I have had several good days in a row with only an occasional fleeting symptom that might not even been a symptom but I assume every headache or ring in my ears, etc. is because of IIH now. This morning
I felt good, went to church and had birthday luncheon with my family at Red Lobster we had a great time.  On the way home, I had an ache on my left side and couldn't tell if it was like a toothache, earache or a jaw ache.  It hurts like hell and now I think I'm starting to get a migraine.  I've decided it's pressure in my right ear because its ringing.  
I was all set to tell my Neuro Ophthalmologist tomorrow that I think I was going into remission, but I guess I'm not.  Now I'm going back to the old routine, get the ice packs, pop a pain pill, turn off the light and pray for sleep.   Glad I'm off work tomorrow.
