SubZero and ultrasound
My shoulder pain came back with a vengenance yesterday. I used a new gel I bought called SubZero, and aside from the freeze it gives your skin, which I really don't like, it works very well! In a good hour I could move my right arm again.
Yes the pain was still there, but it was minimized and that helped me get through cooking dinner and doing some laundry. I didn't have to take any drugs. I was so happy about that! Praise God! Though I did take hydrocodone and muscle relaxer before bed, as eventually the gel will wear off.
I ordered a home ultrasound last week, and I have yet to use it. Maybe today if my shoulder starts up again. They use it at my chiropractor's office and at my land and pool therapy, to target my most problematic areas. Along with my TENS machine, I am so glad to have these alternative options, as I really don't like prescription meds.
