Stupid Almond Roca....

I ate a whole box.  It was a little box, but it was indeed the whole box Worse yet, I bought it for my husband for Christmas.I'm embarrassed by my lack of disipline.  I know it is that time of the month, hard to tell without a uterus but the boobs still hurt, still feel have PMS - (my husband says mine is Psychotic Menstrual Syndrome).  I'm much better since my Hysie, but there is still those few days when there is not enough sweeties to be had! I have been fixated all day by a King Size Almond Joy, yum yum.  I need to go through the Paul McKenna self hypnosis again, especially with Christmas treats everywhere.  Think I'll wait until after my Almond Joy.............
