Struggling today, but I shouldn't be

Struggling today, but I shouldn't be.
Wife and I are keeping the divorce cool and taking it slow for the kids.  She's started back working again as a school teacher after 10+ years staying at home being a mom.  It's been keeping her busy and she feels more confident with her new life.  I'm helping to pick up the slack, doing more around the house in addition to my full time job(s).  She's appreciative, but is still 100% committed that she wants out of the marriage.
I'm living out of the guest bedroom for about three or four months now.  It's starting to feel like a prison.  My son and daughter want to come down and sleep with me because they feel bad that daddy is all alone.  Things have been moving slowly getting the house ready to sell, because we have both been so busy with work.
This past week, I had a lot of frustration about feeling "stuck" in this situation.  This feeling of being in prison.  I decided to take this Wednesday off.  I'm having two contractors come out to give me estimates for repairs to the house to get it ready to sell.  I'm also going on a job interview later in the day.
I've this feeling of depression and frustration.  It's not just about getting a divorce, but about my general position in life.  I've realized that some of this frustration and depression existed before the divorce came along.
I'm frustrated about where I am in life.  I worry about how the divorce will effect my children.  I feel I'm not financially secure.  I worry about retirement.  I worry about the quality of life that my children will have.
While my wife was working on schoolwork all weekend, I spent a lot of time with the kids.  We had a fun weekend together.  I want to make sure that their weekends are filled with fun memories and not stuck in front of the TV or video game screen.  That was great and I should be excited about the great weekend we had together.
But I woke up this morning with my frustrations and fears.  Just writing this out is helping.  I need to focus on some work.  I need to make myself put one foot in front of the other and make progress toward a better life.  I need to get into a world that I have more control over.
