Struggling

I have been clean and sober from drugs and alcohol for 7 and a half years.

Going through some tough times right now. Cannot get the thought of having a drink to numb the pain out of my head lately.

I know that is not the answer. I grew up in a recovering family. Been going to AA meeting since I was a young child. I know all the answers. Just having a hard time talking myself out of it.
