Strong Urges today

Having a very tough week. I am a married man and trying to stay that way but times like this week are very difficult. I have very strong urges to have sex with a man. That is all that is on my mind. I can't seem to think about anything else. In times like this, it is so have for me to pass the adult theater were I know I can get some. But I can't do there. It is so strange that I get these very strong urges only maybe once every 6 weeks if that but when I get them it is so difficult. Most of the time I can stop it but other times I give in and find myself in a bad place looking for a fix. I don't like feeling out of control.
