Stressed

Well my mother in law is in the hospital with Bad COPD and now on a Bi-Pap to help here breath.  She had too much CO2 verses O2 and she has been on and off beong sick since Jan after Matt's wedding.  My hubby and I are sharing the visits at the hospital.  From what they are telling us when she gets to come home she will be on O2 and the Bi-pap machine and she will have to quit smoking and you are asking this of a 79 yrs who has been smoking all her life.  So needless to say I haven't exercised and my eating and drinking is on the run.  I worked last night and got some sleep then went to the hospital so I am very tired.
