Stress Test

Due to my Mom having a Massive Heart Attack and two of my brother's having stents and another having a stroke, my Dr. recommended I have a Stress Test after sharing a few things that was happening to me.

Today was the day and I was one nervous Nellie! Fear of the Unknown. Anyway, I was able to do the Treadmill quite well and did not have to have the nuclear one; I was very glad for that.

As I was sitting and waiting (did a lot of sitting as meds took place) I observed the people in the room and I thought I wonder if everyone was nervous like me. I bet they were. Maybe not to my degree; but nervous. Fear of the Unknown. I closed my eyes and began to bless everyone in the room; including myself. It felt good. My insides began to shift a "little". One man began to share with me and it took me to a place of compassion for all of us.

The staff was exceptional...Kind, considerate, explained in detail what was going on. I thanked all of them for putting my mind at ease.

I now have to wait...either way, the results will be good news. If something should be wrong, I will be glad to find out. Please keep me in your prayers that I am able to "accept" whatever comes my way.
