Stressed!!!!!

Our house has been on the market less than a week and it has an offer! Im stressed over fiinding a new place as they want to close on March 15th!!! I am going looking on thursday but it seem sso many of teh places have all these crazy requirments because they are short sales and stuff. But we are pre-qualified, not contingent on anything and ready to move fast. We are praying that we can find somthing we like.
Its funny, I have been praying our house sales fast and look at what happens. I wondered today why God cant answer all my prayers so fast! LOL
