Stressed

I can't find my printout from the Coumadin Clinic that tells me what dose to take. I just went to the clinic for the first time on Wednesday (2 days ago), so I am not in the habit of filling my pillbox right away yet.Tonight, I went to fill my pillbox for the week and take my nightly dose.AND I can't find the sheet with my dosage for each day of the week on it!! I don't know what my dose is!I am not yet stable on coumadin, since I've only been on it a week.My dose changes from day to day. I feel so irresponsible for not filling the pillbox and now misplacing the info.I thought it was in my bag.  But it's not there. The receipt from my visit is there.Where is it?  It is not like me to lose something important like this.  It is late on Friday night and the Coumadin Clinic will be closed all weekend...  I am stressed about this.  I don't want to take the wrong dose.I can't skip a dose.  Ugh.
