straighten myself out day 4

Well today is day four no gambling, this is tough, but I will succeed, right now I am sitting here fighting the urges, my husband just went to work, and I am alone and the urges are there. I will do what I need to do, I am going to get my nails done and finish laundry, then I will go to he gym for a little while. I need to keep busy so I get through this. I will check back in later.
