STORMY SUNDAY

Well, turns out I was on the right track, GP diagnosed throat infection, gum infection and a sinus infection.  An all 'round head like a bucket of pus....(sorry, that was disgusting, but unfortunately accurate).  Got two courses of antibiotics prescribed (each lasting a week), on the proviso, if I am not markedly improved within a week I have to go back and see him. Started the course on Friday night and while my head is feeling a little clearer and my mouth is causing less discomfort the drugs are causing havoc with my disgestive system.  Oh well, can't have everything!   Weather is crazy today, cold, gusty winds with rains, just having a quiet day, doing domestic stuff, and spending time with my youngest son.  Expecting my traveller home on Wednesday....can't wait to see him, even though we've been talking on the phone every day.  Shall endeavour not to look like a wreck when I pick him up from the airport.  Would be lost without mouthwash, mints and makeup!
