Stones
Today is Wed and this week is still going fast. I have gone back and forth about doing this sweat lodge on Sat not to mention
I must find some med size stones to take to give energy to the sweat lodge. There are 4 sessions at 45 minutes a session so I'm hoping Ill be able to make it thru one session and they will allow us to take water in with us. (I guess that might kill the idea though).
I'm just afraid of getting dehydrated so Ive been trying to load up on water this week. I remember when I started doing hot yoga in the beggining, it would cause me to have miagraines because of the dehydration. We'll wait and see. If I'm still not confident about it by tommorow then I will back out on going at all, but, I'd really rather try and do it.
I called a lady that I had befreinded at my last visit and she acted weird over the phone. I called her and asked her if she had ever done the sweat lodge before and she said No so I'm not sure what to expect. I was told I would probably get one of the huts this time which sit lower to the ground but I'm ok with that as long I don't have to share with anyone. My goal is just to go there and lie in the hammock and listen to the sounds of the forrest and be thankful.

Did they mean gemstones? Like Rose Quartz and Amethyst? Those are usually the ones used to transmit energy, like these here:

Nope- river rocks, etc. I think they heat these up in the fire? Can't be too sure. I always do take the gemstones I have with me.
I have Rose Quartz, clear quartz, Obsidion, and a light blue stone thats suppose to help with insomnia. I take them there and let them sit in the sun to recharge the energy they have. I usually will but a new stone however, I haven't been back to the gemstore. I'd like to have amythst next i think but it can be quite expensive.
