stomach virus????

i woke up this morning with a massive headache and then as the day went on i couldn't keep ANYTHING in.....including water....i feel like i have a stomach virus or food poisoning.....i'm really nauseus and my stomach rumbles like it would if i were hungry....i have massive diarrhea happenng and i just feel so sick.....my mom said a diet of just plain stuff.....uggg...feel so sick and gross :(
