Stomach Aches Come and Go
I woke up in the middle of the night last night with abdominal pain. Then it woke me this morning as well. Now I'm feeling fine. It comes and goes, so I just need to ride it out.
I just started working on Dr. Schubiner's 28-day program last night before going to bed, so perhaps I have resurrected some childhood pain in the process. I plan to continue with the program one way or the other. Time to deal with the skeletons in the closet!

As a survivor of advanced stage three colon cancer - I had constipation and it turned out to be cancer. If this pain continues and you have not had a colonoscopy - you may think about having one.

Thanks for the kind comments, my friends. I\'ve been diagnosed with IBS, but of course I realize it could always be something more serious. I\'ve had the tests and all came back normal. I had a good day today and hopefully things will level off soon. There does seem to be a correlation between my flare-ups and stressful situations. I am hoping to make some progress with Dr. Schubiner\'s program. I worked on it for an hour last night and plan to do the same tonight. Love and peace!
