stomach..........

so i've decided to restrict eating during the day.....to help me get skinny and stuff....so yesterday i didn't eat anything until 2 and today i made it until 2:30....i mean i wanted to make it until 3, but i didn't...today i only ate a small bag of cheetos, a small bag of goldfish and a slice of pizza and my stomach is killing me!!!!! i don't know if it's still not full so it's hiurting because of that or because it's full....i feel like now i should set aside certain time in the day to eat....like i can only eat between 10-11 a.m. and then between 5-6 p.m....then i can control what eat and then when i'm done i'm done....that'll help right???

setting aside specific times to eat and then eating healthy well balanced meals will help you lose weight and still not put your body into starvation mode
