stole husband's money again

This time it was only about $30 because hubby learned his lesson.  Doesn't keep cash around.  If anything, T needed them for cigarettes.  He had asked me to buy him a pack for few days now and I keep telling him that when he returns my bike - I'll buy him some. N
In the meantime, he's coming home late or not at all.  Tired of it.  Strangely enough, we just received an email from a friend whose daughter is friends with T and she told her mom that T was cleared eyed and looked really good.  Hmmmm...  Maybe at the moment he was?
*Yesterday went with my new friend to adult drug court to see what it's about.  We also met with one of our state representatives to discuss the possibility of a state mandate.  I don't want to go that route AT ALL but maybe the state can find ways to encourage schools to do something on their own?
UPDATE:  T admitted he took $15 from my husband's wallet.  He may even have apologized.  That sat well with my husband so what does my DH do?  He gives T $17.  T has a paycheck coming and he said he made an arrangement with him that once he gets the money - he'll get it back.  That's not the point dear hubby.  But - it is what it is!
