Stilll tired

I have been yawning big time all afternoon.  It is now 6:30pm and it feels like 11pm.  I slept a little better last night.  Guess I need a few good nights of sleep in a row?  Sinuses are bugging me too.  My head is a little stuffy and runny.  It snowed a little today.  Just enough to coat everything.
Dr Oz scared the daylights out of me this afternoon with his warning signs of heart attacks for women.  I have all of the symptoms.  but fortunately, I have been tested.  My stress test (haha) is coming up next week.  I have been taking my vitamins.  The fish oil is nasty and is repeating on me.  Yuck!  Been tasting fish all afternoon!
Fortunately, we are allowed to wear jeans to this meeting on Friday.  I have a black pair of "Not Your Daughters Jeans."  They cost $100 and worth EVERY PENNEY!  I saw a morbidly obese woman wearing a pair of "jeggings" at the mall a few weeks ago and it was awful!  these stretch but look more like a custom fit pair of jeans.  You actually look like you lost 10 lbs and they are SO comfortable!  They do not look like jeggings!  EW!  So that will help.
Went to a fire today in Broomall.  Met a public adjuster I have been acquainted with for many years.  We always would have a few cigarettes after we were done going through the house.  I was telling him how I quit 1 1/2 years ago.  He put his cigarette out and put on a nicotine patch and said he was quitting.  Hopefully he will.  We are also going to support each other's weight loss.  So that was nice.  In the meantime, David got caught smoking again today.
I finished "The Petite Advantage".  My new word from the book:  "Recomposition."  Changing your body to what you want it to be.  The new me!  I lost my focus for a while on the bag of dog food.  So I have to get that back.  I did cave this afternoon and ate a peanut butter sandwich after I had already eaten a roast beef sandwich and baked potato for lunch.  It will put me over a little on my calories/carbs and fat.  So I will have to make it a point to get on the Wii later.
I am now reading "The Greatest Knight" by Elizabeth Chadwick, which I think is a romance novel.  I need it right now to de-stress.

Oh. Weight was still 166 today. I did 21 minutes of Wii Walk It Out yesterday and then last night, did 33 minutes on the Wii Balance Board (free step) so I could get over my 10k steps.

Muscle mass weighs more than fat. Muscle mass burns fat 24/7/365, even when we sleep. Just some facts to help bring you some needed comfort.

Hi Yvette, caught up reading your recent journals. That thing with the cell phone sounds like something out of a TV or movie plot! Just what a peri-menopausal woman needs for her nerves, huh? Sounds like you got some great pointers from The Petite Advantage. Cheers!

Good luck with your stress test! Symptoms can match so many different conditions, or even just stress itself (which, of course, you don\'t have any). : ) You are doing such a great job staying on track with your weight loss goals, especially given what you\'re dealing with at home. I\'m going to have to check out \"The Petite Advantage.\" It sounds interesting. Hugs, Judy

I was told to put the fish oil capsules in the freezer to prevent burping.
Don\'t be too hard on yourself re the extra calories...you are being honest and not denying the calorie count. Great job on the walking.
