Still Waiting on Loan Application
Our church made a loan application to purchase a church property here who has decided to close their facility. It sets on 3 acres and it is a very nice facility.
We have been renting a bldg. for a year now, on a week to week basis and it is in another town, 6 miles from where we currently live and where most of our people live, who attend.
It is so frustrating to wait and wait and wait. Hopefully, we should hear something before the weekend. All we need to hear is that our loan has been approved. We can then make plans to notify our current landlord that we will be moving. We can also then get some supplies ready. We want to paint the 2 restrooms, give them a face lift, do some cleaning, shampoo the carpets, and do general cleanup and straighten up. We have a piano to move, some pictures, a coat rack, song books, a partial sound system, bibles, etc., to move as well.
We will have to purchase some tables for the fellowship hall, etc. and we will have to mow the grass, do some trimming, put up a new sign, etc.
If our loan is rejected, then, we will have to stay where we are for the time being. We have been praying that the loan is approved and we can move into our new home before mid July, if at all possible. This is our goal. Hopefully, all will go well.
