Still Struggling

Hi Everyone.. I'm still struggling to get off laxatives and adderall. I'm still 78b pds. Trying to gain weight but don't really want to eat. Anyone out there who can help, please let me know how to do this an stick with. It feels like my body is on a roll coaster ride and won't stop.
