Still struggling

I think the best idea for me right now is to see if I can get my boss to be more supportive at work. I feel like I'm fighting the battles all on my own. I don't expect it to happen, but it would be really nice if it did and my working environment would become more positive if my boss would do more than just throw money at me and say 'good job'.
