still stick

I have had on/off stomach pains, intestinal pains, nausea, horrible chills.  No appetite for the last few days.  Went to dr.  he says Gastroenteritis.  Gave me antibiotic.  I have not had a fever.  Oh, and very very fatigued.  Wasn't sure i was going to make it home yesterday from Church.  I have lost 2 lbs since Sunday.  Living on oatmeal and bananas, and still have to force it.  I have to drink lots of fluid.  I also now have dull pain in lower back, almost like kidney infection. 
I am getting some progress done on my work and praying that continues. 
Have had what I think are horrible panic attacks this week, most likely set off by illness.  Ended up taking a Xanax last night when I got home from church (catechism class.)  I did feel a little better. 
I just want to feel "normal" again!  I am so tired of this. 
Sorry I just am obviously not myself right now. Hopefully I will be back to myself soon and can catch up with everyone.
