Still standing strong!!!
I came back to work yesterday since my failed IVF my job keeps me super busy all day and its refreshing to feel almost normal again. I am thankful for all the DS ladies for their love ,support, suggestions..... for it all! I am so happy that I have found such great ppl on here and have made such great bonds. I am excited for this next step in my life. I am taking some time off from the procedure. I am going to a wellness center today to set up a game plan on getting myself healthy and looking forward to trying again mid next yr. Spending some quality time with my husband this weekend going to the beach and just relaxing!!!

Thank you yes I actually took an early lunch and got all the information I needed so I start on it today it consist of a healthy diet of course and exercise.
I had a IVF BFN in Aug and now how you feel. I\'m happy your staying strong and spending quality time with DH. :-)

What a great update! I had some forced time off after my ectopic and it turns out to be great....I didn\'t realize I needed the break both physically and mentally. Xo
