I am so proud of you as I know how hard this is. It\'ll be 3 yrs in December for me and you\'ll feel better with each month that passes. I used to have chronic bronchitis, but haven\'t had it since I quit. I\'m praying for you!
I am beyond proud of you! Quitting is not easy. It\'s been 17 years for me and I still think of it when I get stressed or depressed, however, I know what damage it can do. I lost my mom to COPD and my best friend Tom has throat cancer which is back. Keep up the very wonderful work you have done!! Big smiles and lots of hugs!!!!!!!!!
