still sick

Over a week ago, got my boyfriend upset because he wanted to take me out, and I was just 'out' of it.
I spent the whole weekend with a high fever, felt like I was in an out of it,  had dreams that seem so lifelike that I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what is reality.
I spent the week accepting the adverse effects of the antibiotics, and it wasn't fun.
I'm feeling better, about 75 percent, but it's been hard, being alone, having no one to take care of me.
